Nurturing wellness through naturopathic nutrition
Optimal nutrition and lifestyle enhancements can be the turning point from mere survival to truly thriving and and really living life to your full potential. Naturopathy is a complementary medicine which emphasises the body’s intrinsic ability to heal and maintain itself. I will assess any imbalances, intolerances, deficiencies or excesses that your body may have and then work with you to address these needs.
Holistic approach
Naturopathic Nutrition adopts a holistic and proactive approach. I examine symptoms within the context of the entire body, aiming to identify their underlying cause. Working with clients on a dynamic level to assist in restoring and sustaining the body’s natural balance. I customise every program to cater to your specific needs and circumstances.
Healing body & mind
Even if you’re in good physical shape and lead an active lifestyle, your dietary choices might be hindering you from reaching your full potential. Following your initial consultation, I will begin to explore how food impacts your body and mind. Identifying potential nutrient deficiencies or imbalances in the body can help to identify underlying health concerns.
Registered & insured
I am a member of the Association of Naturopathic Practitioners, the Federation of Nutritional Therapy Practitioners, the Federation of Holistic Therapists and a specialist member of the Chrysalis Effect. I have been trained to National Occupation Standards for Nutritional Therapy, carry professional insurance and continue to train through monitored Continuing Professional Development (CPD) programmes.

Client Journeys
Clients sharing the transformative effects of naturopathy in their lives.
After contracting Covid19 in March 2020 and suffering with Long Covid for 6 months, I contacted Cath for help. Over the following 18 months Cath provided me with an ongoing plan to address the fatigue and debilitating physical symptoms I was suffering with. Her plan included nutritional supplements, advice on pacing and energy management, mental coping strategies and general life advice. I’m very grateful to Cath and her kind and understanding approach to my needs. I believe she has been a pivotal factor on my journey to my recovery.

Cath is able to deliver a truly holistic approach to a complex and not always understood, problem of chronic fatigue. The physical, emotional, psychological and lifestyle aspects are all explored in a supportive and effective way. From being exhausted, deplete and depressed about the condition in which I found myself, I was able to gradually gain momentum over time. Now I am able to enjoy the life I had before. I feel more confident and optimistic about the future.

Cath has helped me greatly through my recovery from CFS, I have suffered from the illness for over 12 years and even though in those years I have had short periods of good health, I have never understood the illness and how multi layered it is. Cath has helped me understand all the connecting factors and how to deal with them, along with suggesting different supplements and diet to help my recovery. After working with Cath I feel I am now equipped to maintain my recovery and remain well both physically and mentally. Many thanks Cath. R. Swift
